The Turning Point
In May 2022, after struggling with low energy, stress at work, and caring for family members with serious health issues, I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I was also dealing with several health problems of my own: fatty liver, a slipped disc, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, allergies, acne, being overweight, and early-stage cervical health concerns. On top of that, I was still grieving the loss of my mother to stomach cancer and my father to ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). That’s when I met someone who introduced me to a metabolic reset program.
My goal? Lose 10kg and feel like me again.
I started following a new nutrition routine, supported by supplements, and adjusted my workouts. I did all this while still managing a high-stress job and personal challenges. It wasn’t easy — but it worked.
Month 1: –5kg
Month 2: –4kg
Month 4: –7kg
Total: –16kg
Not only did I lose weight, I gained confidence, energy, and clarity. I looked and felt much younger than before, and I dropped three clothing sizes — something I never thought was possible.
